I have been a certified Personal Trainer since 1999 and during my years of training people I realized that people need a simple at home exercise program. I first came up with The Get Up Workout because getting up from the floor uses most of your muscles. It is an easy way for people to get strength training in throughout their day just by laying down on the floor and then standing up. But I realize that for many people getting up from the floor is too much of a challenge so that is why I came up with The Get Up Workout Plus program for those who need a little help getting up. This strength training program is designed to be easy to do at home with things that you already have around the house or with the simple addition of one resistance tube. You work at your own level, choosing the exercises which you can do, doing as many repetitions as you can. This is a close as I have ever seen to a program that “anyone” can do.
