These 34 workout videos include all of the exercises in The Get Up Workout Plus Program. These are work along videos with music to help keep you motivated while you do the full body workout together with out workout buddy. There are 6 categories of exercises, you perform one exercise from each category to make a complete full body workout. That means you only have to do 6 exercises plus a 5 minute warm-up, 3 to 5 times a week to help you build the strength to get up from the floor.
